This programme has been designed to help enable participants to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently deliver tailored and planned training programmes to a range of learners, being able to assess and evaluate methods used while adhering to specific learning outcomes. On completion of this programme participants will be capable of delivering a successful training programme to a group of learners, fully understanding the whole training cycle process. This programme is also worth 15 credits towards the special purpose award in Training and Development 6S3372.
